#EaglesDevotional - I AM JUSTIFIED BY HIS BLOOD - 1
“… And to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.” (Heb. 12:22-24)
“The Blood … that speaketh better things than that of Abel.” Lev. 17:11 tells us that the life of the flesh is in the blood. It means that there is life in the blood. Anything that has life speaks. The Bible says the blood of Abel spoke. Similarly, the blood of Jesus spoke and will continue to speak today and forever.
Abel was killed by his brother Cain. In Gen. 4:10, God said to Cain, “The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.” The question is, “What was the blood saying to God?” It was crying out for vengeance. Never you spill innocent blood. If you do, the blood will cry against you forever. It is a dangerous thing to do. Everyone who kills, whether by armed robbery, assassination, poison, witchcraft, in whatever form, will attract God's judgment and vengeance. No human being can shed innocent blood and go scotfree.
Some people use other human beings for rituals. Some people use other people’s lives to diabolically renew their own. If you are one of such people, you cannot escape the judgment of God.
However, notwithstanding the degree of your offence, if you accept Jesus Christ as your LORD and personal saviour and confess Him with your mouth, you will be saved.
In the name of the resurrected Christ, the God of heaven will expose anyone who wants to use you for sacrifices. Nobody will use you for a sacrifice.
WORDS OF WISDOM: The blood you spill today will fight you tomorrow.
PRAYER/CONFESSION: I boldly declare that I am justified by the blood of Jesus Christ. Anyone that wants to use me for sacrifice will die for my sake. I will arrive in my milk and honey destination, in Jesus’ name.
